1/23 - The Final Haul (for now)
Hi everyone! I wanted to share my recent haul, and it's going to be the last major haul I do for awhile. I'm trying to work on my consumption habits, and work on wearing more of the items I have. I am also trying to see wtf is going on with how tariffs and de minimis will be, so instead of trying to buy as much as I can before it happens, I'm holding off. I of course don't think it'll be 100% easy, my mercari jp addiction is hard to mitigate at times.
For now, I'll detail what I picked up and why. Let me also make this clear to my blog readers who probably know this, I spent hours on hours scouring Mercari JP for some of these items. These are all second hand and won't be easy for my to just share a link to another exact version of. I highly recc you take some time to learn how to search secondhand if you ever want to get into digging for some gems!First, some mags! I picked up a few Koakuma Ageha mags and a make book for some more inspiration. I almost bought a whole year of mags, but I held off and figured for my sanity, it's easier to get a few at a time. Lots of Satomin on the cover! I also got the Summer 2024 mag since I was curious to see what it was like, I actually just blogged about it! I'll def be flipping through the older copies today.
This my friends, is what started this haul. I really like these lashes, but my current ones have gotten NASTY... I had bought them off amazon after the last style I had wasn't available, only to find out I was using a retired pair of lashes. I'm really hoping that these don't end up falling apart. There's one missing the top lashes... but I think 9 pairs will do me well.
This is a cute lil Rady set for lounging at home or out and about in warmer weather when I want to be comfy! I was just looking at Rady setups and found this one for a cheap price (12.69). Oddly enough... it's really close to the same colorway as my alba coat... interesting...
Next, I literally got this setup from MA*RS because I have it in the white colorway and LOVED it, and the black colorway I saw for sale was a decent price (cheaper than the white ones). I didn't realize how MUCH the pink flowers pop in person. I definitely am excited to wear this out for Spring. I am not a fan of all floral prints, but MA*RS really knew how to do a bright saturated pink floral print. There's a few other pieces in this colorway/print I may keep my eyes out on for the future.
This is one of the two clothing items I was shocked to find and excited to buy!! This is a dress from Stella!!! It's always mentioned in the Koakuma Ageha shop but it's such a generic brand name I can never find it! I think I was literally searching up "pink minidress". And this came up for only 18 dollars! Stella used to only cost about like 3000-4000 yen, and you can kind of tell with those brands that the quality is lesser. Yes, they're all polyester, but this is not AS nice as the MA*RS items imo. However, I'm really happy to own this, and I LOVE pink. It def would look cute with some jean shorts and some thigh high booties in the spring.
This was the second clothing item!! A Diable Baiser romper!!! I actually found this while looking up "black pink". Literally just colors and digging for awhile. This piece was a bit more pricier for 40 bucks... and I hadn't realized it def is showing its wear and tear... but I still am very happy with this purchase and will def be wearing it. I if anything, this is good to wear while I work from home.
... And finally... the best purchase... THE GLASSES!!!!!!
If you remember from my blog about the Diva, the legend, Rin, you probably remember I mentioned she had a glasses line/brand. I was able to find someone selling a few pairs, and I HAD to pick it up. They don't seem to be prescription as I put them on and my vision does not change... I am considering taking these to an optometrist to get the lenses changed out... but maybe not... But either way, I'm super duper happy with these.
Aaand that's the haul! I also want to finish off by spouting out my love for Japan Rabbit. They've been my go to proxy since 2019 and have always had great customer service and their packaging games are on point. If you are looking into a new one, I recc them, the only thing is they don't have an in-platform search engine, but as I don't use those, it's never been an issue for me.
