3/9 - help. I have overexerted myself this week

Hello chat… I figured it might be good to just document my past week since moving into my apartment, also my attempts to gal out more! This will be a long one. I have to type this all on my phone because I did not bring any of my laptops back to my apartment lmao…

I am trying to do this new thing where I don’t give a lot of context before I get to the point too, so maybe I won’t ramble as much hehe

Mondayyyyy - I am working from my parents still, lots of working and packing! I drove back in the late afternoon, my roomie and I got some stuff she left at her friends place, and then I went to Monday night Bingo!! It is now only a 15 min drive vs a 30, I got to see many friends, and won 0 money… lol

Tuesday - work, move, bed rot… tried replicating Cindy’s hair… nothing too crazy but god was it about to be

Wednesday - KARAOKE DAY!!!!!! The first karaoke Wednesday since we moved in. I was so excited to put on some genuine agejo again. I wore my golds infinity dress which is suuuper cute hehe…

It was rlly nice… we ended up walking which wasn’t too bad except for the win and walking down a VERY VERY steep hill… Jesus. We sang and then we got some food, and our friend Jordan drove us back. Thank you Jordan… that’s my older brother fr

Thursday - the second time I went to the office this year!! We don’t go in often but one of our team members was doing a presentation so we went. I did some make and wore my emiria wiz tweed set and realized I am not a size medium… lol after that we got back and I ended up building the closet which is in my last blog post!!!! And then I changed into some gal and went to bingo and won 150!! This was the first time I came in gal to bingo and so many people were so nice!! They said I looked like an anime doll and you know what…? Close enough.

I also did not wear nails… I am seriously considering getting a more permanent solution because I just could not be arsed to out on my press ons… but also couldn’t even find them LMAOOO… I have a collection I need to organize.

I also won bingo on the final game which was the full card game!! I love bingo bc daubing the paper is so satisfying and I use glitter daubers… hehe it was intense and I told my friend Kayla “oh I am not gonna win” and then I did and I let out a blood curdling yell. I am known at bingo for fucking YELLING… I mean you gotta let them know but also sorry to everyone’s ears.

Friday!!!!! Was my mom’s bday!!! And my ggxgalz set came in!! I will make a separate post talking about that set in more detail so keep an eye out!!!! I went to live music w my mom and dad, and then drove to karaoke to wait out my roomie getting out of work bc I promised I’d drive them home bc they got out LAAATE. I then remembered why I don’t go out on Friday nights to karaoke. So many people. I got overstimulated and sat in my car for 20 mins lol.

Saturday - dear lord. This was the most intense day. First Jordan came and helped us dispose of some spare mattresses we were left with, and then my roomie EJ and I went to IKEA!!!!! A very smooth ikea trip!!!! Oddly actually. Usually you go to ikea and you’re like I’m gonna get this item and you get to the floor where you pick out all the furniture and it’s always sold out. We got like 5 big things and they were all there… crazy. We also got lunch before we drove to ikea at Den Den cafe Asiana and I got tonkatsu… love tonkatsu

And THEN we went out!!! I wore my ggxgalz set and we went to karaoke… a small little cocktail place with our friend Teddy… and then our neighbors invited us to their get together! It is so nice we are meeting ppl .. my friend Sam actually knows our neighbors so she introduced us tysm Sam you are a real one!! I was so tired we ended up not going dancing like we wanted to. I didn’t realize yet how tired I was.

And then… today… Sunday…

Today was really nice. I reached out to my friend Dani who I haven’t talked to in a long time and we met up for lunch, and we rarely hang out one on one. We ended up getting tea after lunch and we sat and talked a lot and caught each other up on life. At one point they said “I missed talking to you Brenna!” And I almost cried lol because I missed talking to them too!! I have another friend in Boston Dab I am planning on making plans with too because both of them are so lovely and I need to make plans to hang out with them more… they are not far from me. I didn’t take any photos I was just really enjoying spending time with my friend today. I don’t really remember to take photos a lot unless it’s selfies, I love just enjoying the moments I’m having recently!

I was driving back and I called my mom and said I wasn’t stopping by and then as I drove home listening to music… I was like hm what should I do to fill my cup? Shopping? No I have too many things and nothing I’m really looking for anymore.., and then it hit me.

There is bingo on Sundays.

Yup. I went to bingo again LMAOO!! I went to a spot I’ve never been to before but my friend Kayla highly recc’d. She saved me a seat and we played bingo and I won 250 dollars!!!!!!!!! I screamed louder than Thursday lol… it was great. I realized though I was so tired… I drank two Red Bulls and felt so… tired.

I came back this evening and organized a bit more (put clothes away, hung up some stuff, moved stuff to the office… and now I am blogging.

Mentally, this week was amazing I feel like a lot of stuff I won’t go into detail with has (mostly) closed and a new chapter is beginning. Today especially… was good for me.

I am shocked my eyelashes are alive. I am not used to wearing gal so much but I want to work on it more this year.
